RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA)

In case a product delivered by Dialoc ID has to be repaired, normally our Service & Support helpdesk is contacted by email or phone. When they cannot help to solve the problem, you can return the product to our office in Harderwijk, the Netherlands.

Before returning the product, you first need an RMA number. This so called Return of Material number can be requested by filling in the RMA form below. Automatically you will receive an RMA number by email. Use this form and number to return the product.

Please note: When units are returned without Return Material Authorization RMA form, the repair or replacement can be delayed !
